Change Communication –if past change communication efforts did not generate the response and buy-in that you were hoping for then we can help.  Understanding the concerns and needs of your people enables you to target your key messages and select the best vehicles to have your message received.  We don’t just give you a plan and leave but partner with you to ensure that key messages at each stage of the project cycle are sent, understood and accepted by a critical mass of the people being impacted.

Overcoming Resistance –resistance can vary from minor issues and concerns to people actively undercutting and advocating against a change.  Our approach focuses on creating safe ways for people to talk about the impact of the change and express their concerns.  A two-way dialogue enables you to develop proactive strategies to prevent resistance and enhance the success of your initiative.  We don’t stop there but continue to identify people’s concerns and issues and help resolve them at each stage of the implementation process.
