Implementing a new HRMS system was a strategic priority as the legacy system support was ending and the current system was fragmented and had a number of manual elements.  The challenge was increased by ongoing frustration with a recent system implementation.  Working with the project sponsor and team, we helped develop a change strategy and plan, identified key stakeholder impacts, build a Change Champion Network, align leaders across the College and prepare the organization to implement the new system.  The result was an increased level of understanding and acceptance among HR staff and other stakeholders.
