We will work with you to identify your top priority skills and ask you to provide specific case examples of the challenges your leaders are faced with on a regular basis. During each session we will ask participants to commit to specific actions they will apply back on-the-job – and together we will plan follow up for those involved – reporting, group coaching or on line support.
We suggest you start with 4 to 6 modules in your initial program – one session per month.
